“SCG Electrical Group were an integral partner to Koorool Constructions during our recently completed property development on Beach Rd, Black Rock. We engaged SCG during the planning phase to provide a complete conceptual design and budget for electrical and associated services. SCG's involvement evolved into a design and construct role and during an intricate build they were responsive to all challenges, advising and implementing a customer-focused turn key outcome.

The building was predominantly constructed with onsite formed in-situ concrete walls over four levels adding complexity to SCG's installation of vast technologies throughout including;
Fully Automated Cbus, Dali Lighting, Elan Control, Motorised Blinds, HVAC, Data, Wifi, Pumping & Filtration Stations, Pool/Spa and Rooftop Hot/Cold Spa, Sauna, Lifts, Car Turntable, Home and Landscape AV, Motorised Ultralift TV reveal Panels, Cinema, Retractable Fancy Fence, Security, Intercom, Multiple Access Control Points, and CCTV Systems.

The fit-out and integration of these services by SCG was second to none, resulting in a faultless, bespoke high-end home with intuitive operating systems for the client.

SCG also provided the sustainable implementation of a 10kW Solar system with 25kW of hybrid battery storage, integrated into the main power infrastructure.

A main switchboard was custom built and installed by SCG to meet the design brief, which included non-essential & essential services distribution, allowing for the solar energy stored within the batteries to be available for self-consumption during normal operation, along with providing energy to the essential services in the event of mains power failure.

We were regularly impressed with SCG's progressive thinking on this project. They were often required to liaise directly with the client and/or architect to present innovative options to solve complex issues.

Their communication was always clear and direct, and the high quality of their work was paramount in helping us deliver an outstanding unique build for our client.
