Just wanted to pass on my compliments regarding Warren, who (with some assistance with Brad and Scott) recently upgraded the lights in our control room. After dreading it for so long (lots of horror stories from staff in the building about migraines and the LED’s being far too bright), the change itself couldn’t have been smoother.

Warren communicated everything clearly, kept us in the loop and made sure the best option was chosen for our needs, even replacing a faulty dimmer in the process. Proof of this is in the feedback from the Knox Security team, which has been 100% positive. I can’t speak highly enough of the job Warren (and the boys) did.
